Sales Training

In order to have a successful aftersales business you need a customer base to begin with. In the ever changing world where product ranges become more diverse, customers have more financial choice than ever and always come armed with the latest knowledge freshly learnt online in the palm of their hand therefore, it’s more important than ever that your sales team understand their product as well as the competition. Our technical for non-technical programmes can help support the understanding of new technologies in a customer language, alongside this we can still deliver the more traditional selling skills courses.
Aftersales Training

Our successful technical training programmes will only be effective if they are supported back in the work place by managers who understand. Our unique approach means that some of our trainers have the diversity to deliver both technical and non-technical training, due to their knowledge, experience and understanding. This means that not only can they train the skills required for a particular job role, but they can also give an understanding of other job roles both up and down the hierarchy to help teams work together more effectively. Technical training
CREATING COMPETENCE TO ENSURE EFFICIENT OUTCOMES
With the automotive industry constantly evolving, our technicians knowledge needs to be greater than ever We can’t build high without strong foundations, therefore this is why we feel it is important to focus on apprentice training as a stepping stone into the automotive industry. Once through this first chapter we can then support with the delivery of technical training to support specialist areas such as air conditioning, high voltage and more generic diagnostic technician and master technician paths. Due to the diversity of the team we can deliver bespoke programmes as well as attend manufacturers in house train the trainer sessions to allow us to facilitate as representative’s of the clients brand. We also understand the commercial pressures of a modern day technician and the need for them to understand and deal with customers demands and expectations. Due to high demand, we’ve recently expanded our deliveries to customer handling and more advanced high voltage training. Our bespoke course development and delivery programmes mean there’s an option for everyone.
